The Stoddard’s daughters Devyn, Mckenzie and Kristen have been flying with their parents since their first month of life. For them, climbing in an airplane is no different than hopping in a car.

With 300 hours on the Mustang, the Stoddards have a good feel for the Mustang’s performance. Larry flies the aircraft frequently for business, often taking three to four other executives with him. Kelly flies the aircraft between their homes in Virginia and south Florida, as well as other trips around the country and Caribbean. Their typical mission is between 600 and 900 nm.
As for as performance, “the Mustang beats book numbers. It flies 320 knots true airspeed, and is very economical if you fly it in the high 30s. You can pretty much count on 75 gallons per hour,” Larry
