The Enhanced Flight Model 2860A GPU provides up to 60-amps continuous, 28-volt DC power from an ordinary 120-volt AC wall receptacle. This provides ample ground power for most piston, turboprop, and jet aircraft up to 12,500 pounds. The device has been tested with a wide variety of aircraft including Cessna, Piper, and Cirrus piston singles; Meridian, TBM, PC-12, Citation Mustang, CJs, Lear 31A, Beechcraft King Air, and Twin Commanders.Other design improvements include digital output meters for both voltage and current, a detachable front- panel output cable, and nylon bumper/cleats to provide protection and convenient input and output cord storage. The new 2860A is priced at $1,095 with a 14-day return policy and a one-year limited warranty.
