Lance Phillips is the Executive Di- rector for the Pinnacle Air Network, a coalition of FBOs, MROs, and air- craft sales and charter organizations. He holds an FAA commercial license with instrument and multi-engine rat- ings and type ratings in the G100 and Beechjet aircraft. Lance has worked in management and executive leadership roles for pilot training and aircraft manufacturing organizations during his career.
